Join the BuildAbility team as the Program Performance & Data Coordinator
Do you have a passion for using data to drive meaningful change? We are actively seeking a Program Performance & Data Coordinator to support BuildAbility’s program teams in enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Programs and collaborate across departments to gather, analyze, and organize program data.

As the Program Performance & Data Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Data Management & Analysis 
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program data to support performance tracking and decision-making. 
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards to monitor key metrics across programs.
  • Collaborate with program managers to identify data needs and streamline reporting practices.
  • Support data accuracy and integrity across systems (including eRSP or similar platforms).
Program Efficiency & Support 
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance program operations.
  • Assist with documentation processes, and administrative efficiencies across teams. 
  • Help programs prepare for audits or reviews by maintaining organized and compliant records. 
Program Performance & Improvement 
  • Conduct documentation checks and reviews to support quality standards. 
  • Coordinate participant and stakeholder surveys and compile results for program feedback. 
  • Track and report on quality indicators related to service delivery, timeliness, and participant outcomes. 
Compliance & Reporting 
  • Learn and apply relevant regulations, service codes, and reporting requirements (training provided).
  • Assist with data reporting to regional centers and DOR as needed.
  • Support the integration of compliance-related tasks into day-to-day program operations. 
Cross-Department Collaboration 
  • Serve as a liaison between program, operations, and administrative teams for shared data and reporting needs. 
  • Support communication and follow-up on shared goals and deliverables across departments. 

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • 40 hours/week

Compensation:
  • Starting at $21.00 - $24.00/hour (depending on prior experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in data, quality assurance, or program support—preferably in human services or nonprofit settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 
  • Familiarity with eRSP, eMAR/EVV systems, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of regional center services or IDD programs is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills is a plus. 
  • Commitment to person-centered practices and learning about IDD services.
  • Comfortable managing and interpreting data for program use.
  • Interest in quality improvement and participant outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
