Our Supported Employment Program:
- This is a program that helps individuals with disabilities find jobs and develop the skills needed to be successful in those jobs.
As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the SEP Supervisor in managing day-to-day program operations, including addressing participant needs, employee concerns, and service delivery issues.
- Collaborating with participant and SEP leadership to complete Individualized Habilitation Service Plan (IHSP) reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure program compliance and service excellence.
- Reviewing employee timesheets for accuracy and submitting reports to the SEP Supervisor.
- Supporting SEP leadership with payroll duties, including tracking hours and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Providing training for new employees and conducting on-site remediation training as needed.
- Maintaining a person-centered approach in all aspects of service delivery, advocating for participant choice and inclusion in the community.
- Ensuring that all case documentation is completed accurately and meets regulatory and program standards.
- Maintaining a caseload of up to 50% of working hours based on the discretion of the SEP leadership team.
- Reporting any incidents affecting participant safety or program compliance to the SEP supervisor immediately.

- Variable schedule
Work Location:
- Sylmar, CA
- Traveling position: Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley regions, with goals to expand into the Antelope Valley region
Compensation:
- Starting at $21.00- $22.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).

- Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment or community-based setting preferred.
- Experience with regional center-funded services preferred.
- High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proof of Criminal Background Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn program support software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and team collaboration.
- Dependable, reliable, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
